01 - In a medium mixing bowl or large jar, whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully blended.
02 - Incorporate the rolled oats into the wet mixture and stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
03 - Secure with a lid or cover with plastic wrap. Transfer to the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 6 hours or overnight for optimal texture.
04 - Remove from the refrigerator and stir the oats well. If desired, adjust consistency with an additional splash of milk.
05 - Divide the oats into two serving bowls or jars. Garnish with sliced banana, mini chocolate chips, and chopped roasted peanuts if desired. Serve chilled.
