# Directions:
01 - In a shallow dish, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Moisten the rim of each serving glass with the lemon wedge, then invert the glass to coat the rim evenly in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
02 - In a small bowl or pitcher, stir together the chilled apple cider, ground allspice, and ground nutmeg until thoroughly integrated.
03 - Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream into each prepared glass.
04 - Pour 1/2 cup of the spiced apple cider mixture over the ice cream in each glass.
05 - Gently pour 1 cup of chilled cream soda into each glass, allowing it to foam slightly.
