01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
03 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
→ Sandwich Assembly
08 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
09 - 12 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed
10 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Lightly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice to prevent sogginess.
03 - Evenly distribute a generous layer of herbed cream cheese onto each bread slice.
04 - Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer over half of the prepared bread slices.
05 - Top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches. Gently press together.
06 - Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters. Serve immediately or cover with a damp paper towel and refrigerate until ready to serve.
