  • Pasta: 200 g (7 oz) whole wheat lasagna noodles broken into bite-sized pieces
  • Cheese Garnish: 120 g (1 cup) part-skim ricotta cheese, 60 g (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese, 30 g (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1:
In a large pot heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned breaking it up with a spoon (about 5 minutes).
