11 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
12 - 1½ tablespoons olive oil
13 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - In a small bowl, combine dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
03 - Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Transfer to a large bowl, drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and sprinkle with ranch seasoning mixture. Toss until all drumsticks are evenly coated.
04 - Position coated drumsticks on one half of the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly with space between each piece.
05 - In a separate bowl, toss trimmed green beans with 1½ tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Spread in a single layer on the other half of the baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping drumsticks and stirring green beans halfway through cooking, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and develops golden browning, and green beans are tender with light browning.
07 - Transfer to serving plates while hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
