# Components:

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, for serving
# Directions:
01 - In a clean glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug and incorporate fresh lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and secure with a rubber band. Allow mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours, until lightly carbonated and tangy.
03 - Remove water kefir grains or ginger bug by pouring through a fine mesh strainer. Discard cultures or save for future use.
04 - In a pitcher, combine fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to blend flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour mocktail mixture over ice, and garnish each glass with a thin orange slice and additional mint if desired. Serve immediately to retain carbonation.
