  • Wraps & Spread: 4 large spinach or whole wheat tortillas, 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Vegetables: 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced, 1/2 orange bell pepper, finely diced, 1 small carrot, shredded, 1/2 cucumber, seeded and finely diced, 50 g (1/2 cup) purple cabbage, finely shredded, 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • Garnish (optional): Fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Step 1:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and spreadable.
Step 2:
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a 1 cm (1/2 inch) border.
Step 3:
Sprinkle an even layer of each vegetable (bell peppers, carrot, cucumber, purple cabbage, and chives) over the cream cheese, arranging colors in rows or scattered for a Christmas lights effect.
Step 4:
Gently press the veggies into the spread, then tightly roll up the tortilla.
Step 5:
