03 - 480ml Rebel Soda (or any citrus soda)
04 - 480ml boiling water

→ Parfait Layer

05 - 240ml Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
06 - 240ml whipped cream (or whipped topping)
07 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Fruit & Add-ins

09 - 150g mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
10 - 150g diced pineapple (fresh or drained canned)
11 - 60g mini marshmallows (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool completely.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve fruit-flavored gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
03 - Pour in Rebel Soda and stir gently. Allow bubbles to settle. Let cool to room temperature.
04 - Fold in the cooked, cooled pasta and half of the mixed berries and pineapple. Transfer the mixture to a large glass serving bowl or individual parfait glasses.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
06 - In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
07 - Once the gelatin-pasta layer is set, gently spoon or pipe the parfait mixture on top. Garnish with remaining berries, pineapple, and mini marshmallows, if using.
08 - Serve chilled.
