01 - Spread ricotta cheese evenly in a small ovenproof dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
02 - Arrange sliced fresh figs decoratively over the ricotta. Drizzle honey uniformly over the surface, then season with a pinch of black pepper and salt.
03 - Transfer dish to a preheated 375°F oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until ricotta is golden and bubbling. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
