# Components:

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1–2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

08 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

09 - Sliced almonds

11 - Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to mix.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
03 - Cover the bowl or secure the jar lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
04 - In the morning, stir the mixture. If desired, add a splash of milk to loosen the oats.
05 - Divide into two bowls or jars and top with sliced almonds, extra strawberries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
