# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with maple syrup, arrowroot flour or cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.
03 - Spread the apple mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
04 - In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and kosher salt.
05 - Cut cold butter into the dry mixture using a pastry cutter or fork until coarse crumbs form.
06 - Stir rolled oats into the butter mixture until evenly distributed.
07 - Evenly sprinkle the oat-almond topping over the prepared apples in the baking dish.
08 - Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender and bubbling.
09 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
