10 - 24 square wonton wrappers
11 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
12 - Cooking spray or oil, for baking

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
03 - Arrange wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture along one edge of each wrapper, forming a thin log.
04 - Roll each wrapper tightly into a pinwheel shape and seal edges with beaten egg.
05 - Place pinwheels seam-side down on prepared baking sheet and lightly brush or spray tops with cooking spray or oil.
06 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Allow pinwheels to cool slightly before serving. Optionally serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
