# Components:
→ Brownie Base
01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
→ Decoration
08 - 6 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
09 - 2 tablespoons assorted festive sprinkles
10 - 16 lollipop sticks or popsicle sticks (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until thoroughly combined.
03 - Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, whisking until glossy and slightly thickened.
04 - Sift all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Stir just until combined, taking care not to overmix.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center yields a few moist crumbs.
06 - Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Using the parchment overhang, lift out and transfer to a cutting board. Slice into 16 sticks, each approximately 3/4 inch wide.
07 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
08 - Dip one end of each brownie stick into the melted white chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with festive decorations. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.
09 - If desired, insert a lollipop or popsicle stick into the undecorated end. Allow chocolate to set completely before serving or packaging.
