Ingredients

  • Raw, unsalted pistachios: 1 cup, soaked overnight or at least 6 hours
  • Filtered water: 3 cups for blending pistachios

  • Sea salt: Pinch
  • Espresso or strong brewed coffee: 2 shots (about 60 ml)

Instructions

Soak & rinse pistachios:
Place pistachios in water overnight or for at least 6 hours. Drain and rinse well.
Blend ingredients:
Add soaked pistachios, filtered water, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, and sea salt to blender. Blend until very smooth.
Strain milk:
Pour mixture through nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Discard solids or use for baking.
Heat pistachio milk:
Gently heat milk in saucepan, whisking until hot (not boiling). Sweeten to taste if desired.
Brew coffee:
Prepare espresso or strong coffee.
Assemble latte:

Directions
