03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined and slightly frothy.
03 - Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, ranch seasoning mix, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper, being mindful that the ranch mix and bacon are already salty.
04 - Evenly divide the egg mixture among the 12 muffin cups, filling each approximately three-quarters full.
05 - Bake for 18-22 minutes until the egg bites are puffed, set in the center, and lightly golden.
06 - Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to release. Serve warm.
