# Components:

→ Bread

01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt until smooth and well combined.
02 - Lay out bread slices on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the filling on each slice.
03 - Place another slice of bread on top of each spread slice to make 5 sandwiches. Press gently to seal.
04 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each sandwich.
05 - Pour shredded coconut onto a plate for easy rolling.
06 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or extra cream cheese to help coconut stick.
07 - Roll each bite’s sides and top in shredded coconut to create a snowball effect.
08 - Arrange bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes prior to serving.
